Super Bowl appetizer : Baked Camembert from Normandy and Honey
In that episode, we'll prepare a very simple, tasty and melty appetizer with, I guess, the most popular cheese in France - The Camembert from Normandy.
You will need a full Camembert, some liquid mountain honey, some olive oil, a couple of thyme branches and an oven. As simple as that.
The French Word of the Day is Camembert, because why not.

Recipe :
A camembert cheese
A tbsp of liquid mountain honey
A tbsp of olive oil
A couple of branches of thyme
Salt, pepper, ground nutmeg
